I predict US special forces will storm wilheim's place in CR and arrest him. RickA and MartyJ will bail him out and wilheim will move to Panama where he will become a front man for Noriega's old drug buddies. He will continue to be head mod and the US government will realize he was doing less harm in CR so they will offer him immunity.
